This is an exciting opportunity for an Administration Assistant to join an enthusiastic team, delivering exceptional service and support to our clients, to arrange appointments for our teams across the UK.


The role will be to effectively support the business and colleagues by carrying out phone calls and arranging appointments for our field teams to visit and monitor on behalf of our clients. This will be using database information to find the details and calling them with dates and times of when we will be visiting their properties. This will be a varied role where you will be required to complete other office administration tasks to ensure the smooth running of the office.

Hours of work are based on a 20hrs contract, over 4 or 5 days within the Monday to Friday working week. Hours to suit the right candidate.


Required Skills:

  • Job competency and relevant experience in the same or similar field
  • Good telephone manner
  • Exceptional Customer Service
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proactive nature with a can-do attitude.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to plan.
  • Computer skills – Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook etc.
