If you have the skills to respond positively to varying client requirements to a timed schedule, have a high level of quality control and attention to detail, together with utilising digital equipment in an appropriate manner and have an understanding of working with diagrams and drawings. You could be the person we are looking for.


The role of the Subsidence Monitoring Technician is to be an integral member of a continually growing team dealing with the monitoring of foundation movements within residential and commercial buildings throughout the UK. You will be smart, confident, self-driven and able to work on your own. You will be able to talk and meet new people on a regular basis, always remain professional, have a good attention to detail and be able to undertake problem solving tasks.

Benefits to include 24.5 days holidays (Inc Bank Holidays), Christmas shut down, plus work-place pension scheme after qualifying period.


Pay is £19,000 - £25,000 depending on experience


Hours of work are based on a 40hrs contract over 4 days within the Monday to Friday working week with varying start times.


Required Skills:

  • Exceptional Customer Service
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal English
  • Proactive nature with a can-do attitude.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to plan.
  • Computer skills – Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook Explorer etc.



  • A clear basic DBS check
  • Applicants must have the ability to work at height
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Job competency and relevant experience in the same or similar field
  • Over 23 years of age due to company vehicle requirements
  • Own vehicle available for business use. (Company vehicle provided after successfully passing probationary period)
